Order Processing
All orders are processed within a maximum
of 48 hours from the date the order was placed. An
automated order confirmation is provided with each
order placed in the shopping cart. If you do not receive
this it may be due to a Spam Blocking feature on your
email account. Please email
us any time for a confirmation of your order placed
at Courtyard of Romance.

Card Payment
We accept the following credit cards; American Express,
Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
Check Or Money Order
We can accept payment by check or money order. Simply
email your product selection and mailing address to
info@courtyardofromance.com.
We will reply to your email with a total including
shipping and tax if applicable. Once you receive the
email reply print it out and mail it to:

We can accept any order by phone. Simply call us at
(661) 435-5656 or email us the best phone number and
time you can be reached at and we will gladly call
you.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
We ship most orders Priority Mail therefore it is
possible to receive your order in two to three days.
However, please allow a maximum of ten days for your
package to arrive. Our goal is to provide the most
cost effective shipping method within a reasonable
time frame. Puzzles are generally shipped via U.S.
Parcel Post to keep the shipping fee at a low rate.
Please allow four to seven business days for puzzles
to arrive after processing.
At
times US Parcel Post can take longer to ship than
the their stated claim. With this in mind Priority
Mail or other shipping options can be made available.
However, we ask that you contact us by email or phone
to upgrade your shipping and to receive a new shipping
charge.
Special
Orders
Other shipping methods are available by special request
only.
International
Shipping
International orders will be shipped via USPS Express.
Please allow 10 -14 business days. COR will not be
responsible for customs fees or additional carrier
fees. Contact your local customs office to determine
any additional fees. Please email us to receive a
shipping quote on your order and please make sure
to include your order number.
Returns
& Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are permitted on all products
with the exception of originals, limited edition prints
and open edition prints. All returns and exchanges
must be received within thirty days of purchase. COR
is not responsible for postal fee's relevant to any
exchanges or returns. A full refund will be issued on items returned within thirty days of purchase as long as the items are returned in new condition. You will need to contact Courtyard of Romance prior to return to receive an RMA number.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing your online order by sending an email to info@courtyardofromance.com. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation and a full refund will be given.
